Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in overseeing store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while leading and mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide excellent customer service
• Communicate and model company values, fostering teamwork among employees
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of store personnel
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and freshness standards are maintained
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in retail and management preferred
