Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi, specifically for our new store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of store management, leading to the opportunity to run your own store in the future. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 (including salary and bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership qualities by implementing ALDI's core values and professional skills.
• Oversee day-to-day store performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational strategies.
• Hire, train, and develop store personnel.
• Ensure store presentation, product quality, and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Familiarity with retail policies and procedures
• Prior management experience preferred
