Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer's homes under the direction of Field Supervisor or General Manager.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Assist with site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid licensing and certifications as required by regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Advanced skills in HVAC equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
