HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Comfort Masters - Service Experts. As part of the team, you will perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls related to heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally.
• Inspect and diagnose HVAC equipment, complete routine maintenance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote products and services, generate sales leads, and maintain company property and tools.
• Maintain health and safety standards, report hazards, and participate in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing, EPA, and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting problems.
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours and physical demands of the job.
