HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician (Commercial) to join our team at Pardee - Service Experts. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing commercial service and maintenance calls, diagnosing and resolving customer problems, inspecting equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities

• Work independently to perform commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery as required.
• Record all customer information accurately and collect payments.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools responsibly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
• Follow standard procedures, maintain vehicle stock, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing and certification as required by governmental regulations.
• EPA and safety certifications are mandatory.
• Proficiency in servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
• Effective troubleshooting skills with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, climb ladders, maneuver in various spaces, and lift heavy items.
