We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Mark Allen - Service Experts. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. You will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories following company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products to customers.
- Assist in training other installers and support supervisor with audits and planning.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training and certification.
- Valid licensing and certifications as required by laws or regulations.
- Proficiency in HVAC equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tools and equipment.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects.
