Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality.

• Manage schedules, job expectations, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and retail operations.
• Available to travel as required for training purposes.
