Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of running a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate company values and strategies to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and scheduling store personnel.
• Manage performance evaluations and training programs.
• Monitor store budget and recommend adjustments.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail management principles.
• Experience in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
