Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for taking on the responsibilities of leading your own store. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and creating operational plans while nurturing and developing your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
