Responsibilities

• Enforce sectional and departmental policies for effective operations.
• Manage supply purchases, worked hours, and personnel scheduling.
• Act as a technical resource for team members, providing training and guidance.
• Resolve departmental issues and keep supervisors informed.
• Review and update policy manuals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Evaluate personnel performance and support employee development.
• Identify and resolve departmental problems with proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MT/MLT certification from ASCP mandatory.
• 5-7 years of MT/MLS experience in a hospital lab setting.
