Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for night shifts at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a PCT in the Medical Surgical unit, you will work alongside registered nurses to ensure patient care and safety. Responsibilities

• Support registered nurses in delivering care in a safe and caring environment.
• Communicate effectively and assist patients with daily tasks and mobility.
• Monitor patients, record vital signs, and report any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
• Participate in hourly rounding, bedside shift reports, and perform assigned patient care duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two areas of practice.
• Preferred: Minimum of two years experience in acute or long-term care, phlebotomy proficiency, and CNA/PCT/paramedic certification.
