Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers night shifts and comes with great benefits, including a potential sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside registered nurses to provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Communicate effectively and assist with delegated tasks.
• Record patient data, monitor vital signs, and report any concerns promptly.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment.
• Participate in hourly rounding and shift reports.
• Perform direct patient care duties and provide clerical support as needed.
• Stock supplies, assist with range of motion exercises, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of two years experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in nursing school.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is a plus.
