Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Observation and assessment of patient condition, reporting changes as necessary.
• Documentation of activities, care actions, and coordination in a timely manner.
• Participation in and updating of nursing care plans.
• Implementation of nursing actions based on assessment and expected outcomes.
• Education of patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements:

• 6 months of nursing experience or participation in the New Grad Program.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
