Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions.
• Participate in updating nursing care plans and achieving expected outcomes.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs to prevent risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active and in good standing Nursing License.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
