Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Unit Description
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Work collaboratively within nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare patients for continuing care post-discharge.
- Possibility to take charge as operational need allows.
Requirements
- Minimum of three-hundred (300) hours per calendar year.
- Completion of orientation - full-time preferred.
Additional Information
- On-call duty not required.
- Incentives include shift differentials for day, evening, and night shifts.
