We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. Be part of our new alternative care unit at Shep 3 North, providing care to long-term patients awaiting placement. Candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills, with charge nurse experience preferred for overseeing LPNs and LNAs.
Unit Description
Shep 3 North offers a long-term care environment for 18-20 patients with various diagnoses. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with a nurturing and compassionate approach to care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Charge nurse experience preferred.
- Prior long-term care experience is a plus.
