Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients by assessing their health needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote recovery. As a Staff Nurse II, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offer patient education, and ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and support during care transitions.
• Possibility to lead the team when needed.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience, oncology experience is a plus.
