Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Resource Department. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support up to 20 different units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care across different inpatient units.
• Work collaboratively with a team of RNs and LNAs to meet staffing needs.
• Utilize your critical care experience and skills to address various patient needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
• Possess a can-do attitude, independence, and a passion for delivering outstanding care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
