Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Women and Children’s Unit at The University of Vermont Health Network. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be providing high-quality, family-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Unit Description
The Women and Children’s Unit features modern facilities including 4 LDRP suites, labor tubs, inpatient rooms, observation rooms, and an Operating Room. Our team comprises board-certified OBGYN’s, Certified Nurse Midwives, experienced labor and delivery nurses, lactation consultants, and perinatal technicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to women and children.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for holistic patient treatment.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year Labor & Delivery experience for day shifts.
- Active RN license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Incentives
We offer a $10K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions, pro-rated for part-time.
