Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
