Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Position Type
Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage
$16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Take part in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
