Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
