Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges they may face.
Responsibilities
- Offer support and counseling to individuals and families on adjustment issues, financial concerns, and family relationships.
- Provide guidance on medical procedures and treatments, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW).
