Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital offers a day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families.
- Address common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Offer counseling on issues related to aging, medical treatments, powerlessness, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification mandatory.
