Responsibilities
- Offer psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
- Assist with adjustment to institutional living and discharge planning.
- Provide counseling on various issues such as aging, family relationships, and medical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
