Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Report product issues and assist with store inventory management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure accuracy in transactions.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and ensure fresh products are available to customers.
  • Create visually appealing merchandise displays following planograms.
  • Organize inventory and operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and time management abilities.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
