We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Provide exemplary customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Report product issues and assist with store inventory management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and ensure fresh products are available to customers.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays following planograms.
- Organize inventory and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and time management abilities.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
