Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stocking Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring our shelves are stocked, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers variety and an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our store on a daily basis.
Position Details

- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a visually appealing store.
- Operate machinery safely and follow all necessary procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of retail products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
