We are looking for a Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining security and confidentiality
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and general cleaning
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
