Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory management, and store issues.
• Contribute to store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
