Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking of products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment like cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
