We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing store operations effectively. Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

• Experience in cash handling and equipment operation.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Previous management experience is a plus.
