Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Flexibility to travel for training.
