Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of using store equipment and following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on attention to detail.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
