Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties and handle customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently, follow company policies, and work both independently and within a team.
- Prior retail experience preferred with a high school diploma or equivalent.
