Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company policies.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling.
• Follow established procedures to safeguard company assets and data.
• Engage in other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
