Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a leader in the retail industry. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
