Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
