Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring smooth cashiering operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient merchandising, stocking, and cleanliness of the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
