Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and attractive appearance. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
