Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an optimal shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
