Join our team at Aldi as a Store Operations Assistant, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour and various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the team.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on products and contribute to a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
