Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
