Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring efficient operations.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
• A blend of education and experience is considered.
