Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By working collaboratively with our team and providing outstanding customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform various duties such as stocking shelves, processing customer purchases, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
