Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
