Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will revolve around merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a pleasant store atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
