Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties.
• Collaborating with team members and store management.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
