Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, report issues, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and undertake assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Meet legal requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
