Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on customer service and teamwork will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
