Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance customer experience
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning duties
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
